Welcome to Shed 32 Vintage.
We started out as a hobby in the late 80s buying and selling at the local markets which has evolved into the constantly growing business we have today.
In 2012, after returning from an inspiring trip to England, we expanded our offerings to include vinyl records and collectibles.
Our presence here in Perth grew. We went to many vintage fairs & record fairs. Fast-forward to 2013 we created our name quite simply we live at number 32 and have a large shed and sell vintage items. Hence the name "Shed 32 vintage"
In 2013 we imported our first container from England & as demand grew we moved our business from our home shed to the warehouse in Carlisle WA.
We formed partnerships with vintage dealers who source original mid-century furniture across England for us, and continued to source local gems in here in Perth.
We are now up to our 13th container.
We deliver across Australia and sell throughout WA.
In 2022 we extended our warehouse into the adjoining warehouse this doubled our selling footprint & again in July 2023 we extended again across the laneway into a 300 square meter warehouse allowing more space for viewing of furniture.
Continuing the growth of Shed 32 Vintage we are launching www.shed32vintage.com.au to increase our branding & in time to make all our items available on line. This is an exciting step in our journey to share our Mid century furniture with vintage enthusiasts nationwide.
Tracy and Bruce, the passionate retailers behind Shed 32 Vintage, have always had a deep love for all things vintage. Their journey began in 1984 when they first met while working at the same retail outlet.
It wasn't until 2010, during a holiday to the UK, that their passion for vintage truly took flight. One simple purchase of collectibles and vinyl records led to a successful sale at local markets in Perth.
Inspired by this success, Tracy and Bruce took another trip, filling boxes of treasures to bring back home. Serendipitously, they found themselves in a pub surrounded by antique dealers, sparking exhilarating conversations and igniting a new dream. With firm resolve, Tracy and Bruce took a risk, filling a shipping container with their newfound treasures. And thus, Shed 32 Vintage was born.
Today, they continue to curate timeless pieces, bringing the nostalgia and charm of the past into the hands of vintage enthusiasts.
